                              On behalf of the committee we would like to wish you and your families best wishes for the festive seasons and a prosperous New Year. We would like to invite you for this year’s get-together on Sunday 13th January at 10:00 club premises.

 

The AGM will be held on the 24th February at 10:00.

If there is no quorum till 10:30, the AGM will be held with the present members.

The AGM agenda:

·       Reading, discussion of minutes

·       Reading, discussion of  administrative report

·       Reading, discussion of  financial report

·       Other matters

 

We would like to remind you that any seconded proposed amendments, suggestions  and discussion points should reach the secretary by no later than ten days before the AGM.

 

The Membership of LM 10 can be settled during the get-together and before the AGM.
