The input from a channel
can be selected by using one of the "DC/AC/GD" switches.
In position "AC" the signal is
passed through a capacitor and the DC component is removed. In position "DC" the DC components are not filtered.
The position "GD" ("Ground") removes the input
signal from the CRO and results in a horizontal line on the screen,
called the 0v level.
This CRO
simulation is limited to sine-wave signals. The "DC" position generates the same
waveform as "AC" position. |
