X-Mag

When the "X-Mag" button is on, the width of the image is stretched 10 times its original size. This means a signal is stretched 10 times horizontally, but it remains in its original size vertically. The "X-Mag" is designed to show more detail of the waveform.

In the simulation a curve can be shown stretched 10 times. The program limits the drawing of a curve with 260 samples or less. This leads to a coarse curve in some configurations. In a real oscilloscope the display quality remains the same.

The following screenshot illustrates the problem:

Using 24 values, a width of 260 pixels must be covered and  a maximum calculation speed must be received. In long "Time/Div" settings and 10x zoom, the display quality is considerably lower.
